MODERN EDUCATION FOR THE MODERN WORLD: INTEGRATION PROCESSES AND AN INTEGRAL APPROACH
Abstract. In the modern world, with the weakening of the trend of globalization, the trend of regionalization is of fundamental importance for maintaining not only the economic, but also the socio-political order in individual states. Most often it is understood as progress in the field of regional integration. However, this does not exhaust its positive potential. It also manifests itself in the deepening of the processes of interconnected development of both territories and spheres of activity, manifesting in them its transformative, integrative nature. One of the most significant areas for the future, where serious integrative changes are observed, has become the field of education. It is education that can give a more holistic character to integration in the post-Soviet space.

CORPORATE TRAINING MARKET: TRENDS, STATISTICS, DEVELOPMENT PROSPECTS
Abstract. Corporate training as a form of developing the professionalism of employees and reproducing the necessary competencies of personnel has a long tradition, methodology and a set of technological educational techniques that ensure high efficiency of in-house training programs. At the same time, the corporate training market, which includes a set of programs, providers, educational and consulting structures, etc., has stable development trends that, regardless of environmental factors, demonstrate the sustainability of demand. According to a report published by Allied Market Research titled “Corporate Training Market”, the volume of the global corporate training market in 2019 was estimated at 332.9 billion US dollars and is estimated to reach 487.3 billion dollars by 2030, increasing by an average of 8 % from 2021 to 2030. The turnover of the Russian corporate training market is estimated at more than 73 billion rubles. In accordance with the trends of the corporate training market, it is expected that during the forecast period in this market, the virtual segment will demonstrate significant growth due to the advantages associated with the virtual training method, which includes reducing the cost of training by reducing the cost of travel and accommodation for students, ensuring the flexibility of the training schedule, increasing the motivation of students, etc.

DIGITALIZATION OF HIGHER EDUCATION IN THE CONTEXT OF GLOBALIZATION PROCESSES
Abstract. Based on the analysis of a number of publications on the topic of digitalization of education in the aspect of globalization, the article identifies the most relevant areas related to the introduction of digital technologies and digital tools into the educational process, such as the creation of a virtual (digital) educational environment; transition to online learning, learning in a blended format, etc. In all observed aspects, the influence of globalization processes on the problematic field of education, including the higher education system, is noticeable, which can be considered both from the positive side and from the point of view of social risks of transformation institute of higher education under the influence of digitalization, risks expressing situations of uncertainty in changing the configuration of relations between the subjects of the new educational reality. The subject of the study is the possible directions for the development of education at the stage of expanding digitalization in the aspect of globalization processes. The purpose of the study in this article is to study the processes of transformation of the institution of higher education in the era of digitalization. Under the influence of globalization, the role of the teacher and student is changing, and the area of digitalization in the managerial and technological fields is expanding. Digitalization expands the flexibility of education, promotes openness, increases the involvement of students in the learning process, increases the speed of innovation. However, it is necessary to calculate the possible negative consequences of this transformation. Research methods include theoretical: analysis, synthesis, comparative, generalization, bibliometric analysis, empirical: development of research tools for a questionnaire survey (quantitative method), observation.

THE IMPACT OF CORPORATE EMPLOYEE TRAINING AND DEVELOPMENT PROGRAMS ON THE COMPANY’S EFFICIENCY
Abstract. Corporate or in-firm training, as a practice of personnel development, providing relevant knowledge and skills of employees has a long tradition and history of development. Commercial companies that occupy a leading position in their respective markets traditionally invest a significant part of their profits in employee training and development programs, since it is the workforce that is an important factor in the competitiveness and sustainability of companies both in the current and strategic perspective. Professional training and advanced training of employees is an urgent task of personnel development in modern economic conditions, since the speed of technology change, global trends in digitalization, as well as other challenges necessitate a rapid response. Companies that are unable to promptly reproduce the professional competencies of employees are gradually losing their competitive positions in the market. The purpose of this work is to consider the main advantages that thoughtful and systematic work on in-firm employee training provides to companies.

FORECASTING THE INNOVATIVE DEVELOPMENT OF LEADING REGIONS OF THE VOLGA FEDERAL DISTRICT USING A SYNERGETIC MODEL
Abstract. The most important component of the economic space of the Russian Federation is the innovative space of the regions, characterized by the presence of a high level of uncertainty and inconsistency of the ongoing socio-economic and political phenomena. The article presents the results of predicting the innovative development of the Volga Federal District and its leading regions: the Republic of Tatarstan, the Republic of Bashkortostan, the Nizhny Novgorod region using a synergistic model. The main trends in the change in innovative indicators of the Volga Federal District and the leading regions until 2027 are identified. In particular, the predictive indicators of the volume of production of innovative goods, the cost of innovative activities, gross profit from the sale of innovative products, innovative activity, and the profitability of innovative activities are determined. The practical use of a multifactorial synergetic model can be considered as an objective tool for assessing the innovative development of regional economic systems, identifying promising areas of innovation policy, and an important information resource in making managerial decisions.

ANALYSIS OF THE CREATION OF A REGIONAL RESERVE OF FINANCIAL AND MATERIAL RESOURCES
FOR EMERGENCY RESPONSE
Abstract. The creation and replenishment of the reserve of financial and material resources for emergency response includes a wide range of processes and operations. In the region under consideration (Bryansk region) a mechanism for forecasting the need, creation, storage and replenishment of resources for the elimination of natural and man-made emergencies, their receipt and delivery to the affected territories has been formed and is functioning. The funds allocated by the regional budget are not enough to purchase the planned amounts of material resources for the formation of emergency response reserves, therefore, the regional state authorities are looking for additional sources of cash receipts to solve these problems. Currently, projects related to attracting private business resources are relevant. However, the current regulatory framework significantly limits the possibilities of using the resources of the private sector of the economy. The solution is to implement projects based on the principles of public-private partnership. The public-private partnership market in Russia is constantly growing, but the possibilities of using private sector resources to create reserves for responding to emergencies in the region are not being used. In order to ensure mutually beneficial cooperation between the state and business in solving this issue, it seems appropriate to build relations between the state and business on the basis of concession agreements.

THE REPUBLIC OF BASHKORTOSTAN IN THE BACKGROUND OF WAGE INEQUALITY IN THE RUSSIAN FEDERATION
Аbstract. One of the pain points of the modern labor market, and of the entire economy as a whole, is the low wages of the majority of the population, which do not fulfill their reproductive and stimulating functions, as well as the high degree of its differentiation. Given the high share of wages in the monetary income of the population in the face of a reduction in free services, the main problem is the inability of wages to provide a decent standard of living. In addition, the prevailing high level of wage differentiation, which in most cases does not depend on the personal characteristics of the worker, has a negative impact on the social well-being of the population. The article monitors the differentiation of wages in the Republic of Bashkortostan against the background of Russian inequality. The main directions of wage inequality are identified and analyzed: between Russian regions, types of economic activity, occupational groups, as well as gender inequality. It was revealed that the highest degree of wage differentiation is observed by occupational groups, especially among men.

TRENDS IN THE DEVELOPMENT OF THE SPA AND WELLNESS INDUSTRY IN RUSSIA
Abstract. The modern world is characterized by rigid dynamism and rhythm of life, high levels of stress, and an increase in non-communicable morbidity. One of the methods of reducing these negative phenomena is medical and wellness tourism and the whole set of sanatorium, SPA and wellness services aimed at restoring a person’s physical strength, psychological balance and working capacity. The SPA and wellness industry in Russia is developing in accordance with global trends, using natural resources as the main factor of wellness. The article discusses the current trends in the development of the SPA and wellness industry of the Russian Federation. The main market participants are identified, natural resources used in SPA and wellness programs are identified. It is concluded that in our country the SPA and wellness segment of health tourism is experiencing steady growth and gain popularity.

INTERNATIONAL RELATIONS IN MODERN RUSSIA: VIEW OF THE STUDENT YOUTH OF BASHKORTOSTAN
Abstract. The subject of the article is the analysis of the views and views of students in the multi-ethnic region of Russia, which is the Republic of Bashkortostan, on modern socio-political processes and interethnic relations in the country, identifying the features and factors influencing them. The work is based on data from an ethno-sociological survey conducted at the end of 2021 with the direct participation of the authors of this article. The object of the study is the modern student youth of Bashkortostan. The purpose of the article is to study the views of modern student youth on socio-political processes and interethnic relations, as well as to identify common and specific factors influencing them. In the article, based on specific data of a mass survey using methods adopted in political and sociological sciences, the state of the views and views of student youth is shown, the factors on which their behavior depends to one degree or another are determined. In general, our study showed that today student youth are concerned about approximately the same problems as the entire Russian society and state. Most of all, this concerned problems associated with financial situation, weak social insecurity, financial difficulties that youth face in everyday life, and the safety of citizens.

RELIGIOUS IDENTITY OF THE INHABITANTS OF A MULTIETHNIC RUSSIAN REGION AT THE PRESENT STAGE: TRENDS OF DEVELOPMENT (based on the materials of the Republic of Bashkortostan)
Abstract. The main trends and stages of the development of religiosity in one of the most multiethnic Russian regions — the Republic of Bashkortostan in the late Soviet and post-Soviet period of modern history are analyzed. The article examines ethnic and confessional components of the religiosity of the peoples living in the republic in a comparative sense. The main conclusions are drawn on the results of repeated and synchronous analysis of state statistics materials, as well as the results of several large–scale and expert surveys conducted under the guidance and with the direct participation of the authors. The features and directions of religious identity are considered from the point of view of the formation of the modern “confessional renaissance” and the identification foundations of interfaith relations.

GOVERNMENT’S FAMILY POLICY IN MODERN RUSSIA
Abstract. The family is the most important social institution, which is crucial both for the individual life of a person and for the social, cultural and economic development of the members of society. It determines the inner life of an individual (family member): his views, interests, values and understanding of himself as a person, which in turn affects the value system of the institution of the family as a whole. It follows that in order to study the interaction of the family and the state, an analysis of the improvement of mechanisms for the implementation of family policy is necessary. For this purpose, tasks are being developed, in which the results of surveys, project activities, innovative technologies and best practices in the field of family policy are actively used. The article analyzes the issues of interaction between family policy and the state.

HISTORICAL, GEOPOLITICAL AND ETHNOPSYCHOLOGICAL FEATURES OF THE FORMATION OF THE COSSACKS OF DONBASS
Abstract. In the article, from the perspective of the most important theoretical and practical issues related to identifying the causes of regional originality and the peculiarities of managing the development of individual regions, the complex of problems related to the methodology of regional studies, in general, and the application of the actor approach to the study of social reality, in particular, is analyzed. The object of the study is the Cossacks of Donbass. On the one hand, it represents a clearly defined detachment within the Cossacks. On the other hand, the degree of consolidation of the Cossacks of Donbass, both in the past and in the present, is lower than that of other Cossack formations in the regions both in the Russian Empire and modern Russia. The reasons for this situation should be sought in the historical, geopolitical and ethno-psychological factors in the formation of this social community.

METHODS OF STATE MANAGEMENT OF THE INFORMATION COMPONENT OF THE INTERNET: ANALYSIS OF MODERN APPROACHES
Abstract. The Internet (next — Web) is an integral element of modern human civilization. Being one of the priority sources of information for people, it is at the same time a comprehensive tool that provides ample opportunities for broadcasting the necessary ideas, propaganda programs and other information elements that allow influencing the public masses. In most cases, the state is considered to be the main user of the above-mentioned management capabilities of the Network, but modern experience shows that a sufficiently large number of private associations and individuals are able to achieve their goals no less effectively than the state in matters of managing society and its opinion. The tools that the Network provides are wide and diverse enough to be able to adapt and effectively apply it to perform tasks that are completely different in nature. Such tools are being developed and replenished continuously and, following it, technologies and methodologies for its application are being developed and replenished.

DIRECTIONS OF LEGISLATIVE REGULATION OF ACTIVITIES ON CREATION AND ORGANIZATION OF GEOPARKS
Abstract. The article examines the issues of the legal regime of geoparks, models of organization of geoparks on the example of the Republic of Bashkortostan. The experience of regulating the creation, management and operation of geoparks in Russia and its subjects, as well as in foreign countries, is studied. Various definitions of the concept of “geopark” are analyzed and the author’s definition of a geopark is proposed. Directions for legislative regulation of activities for the creation and organization of geoparks are proposed. It is proposed to consolidate the system of principles of legal regulation in the field of creation, management and development of geoparks and the conservation of geological heritage, as well as to work out the possibility of using public-private partnership in the field of recreation development in relation to land plots of natural monuments included in the geopark. It is noted that the absence of a definitive apparatus, in turn, entails the absence of a legal regime for geoparks, as a result of which problems arise in regulating relations for the rational use and protection of natural objects of geological, tourist, recreational, historical, cultural and other purposes. At the federal and regional levels, due to the lack of legislation on geoparks, there is a need to adopt a legal act that establishes the legal basis for the creation and operation of geoparks in Russia and its constituent entities.
