THE POLITICIZATION OF THE RUSSIAN ISLAMIC UMMAH: AN ANALYSIS OF SOME FOREIGN AND DOMESTIC THEORETICAL APPROACHES
Abstract. Based on the analysis of the works of leading foreign and domestic authors, a study of theoretical approaches to the politicization of Islam in our country is conducted. The main approaches to the politicization of Islam, formulated in the works of foreign experts, are considered separately. The author comes to the conclusion that two approaches dominate in modern Western science. The first is, when the politicization of the Islamic Ummah is associated with the development and spread of Islamism as an extremely reactionary position of the Muslim worldview. The second, when it is proven that today’s problems are associated not so much with Islam itself as with geopolitics, playing out the “Islamic factor”. Two main approaches are also identified, to the politicization of the Russian Islamic Ummah, existing in domestic science, both recognizing the fact of politicization and denying this phenomenon.

CURRENT TECHNOLOGIES OF INFORMATION WARFARE AND STRATEGIC COMMUNICATIONS
Abstract. The relevance of the presented article is explained by the fact that in the conditions of aggravation of relations between Russia and the countries of the collective West, effective protection of the country’s strategic interests is a priority function of the state. The purpose of the research work is to analyze the main technologies of information warfare, as well as the analysis of the phenomenon of strategic communications close to information warfare. Today, the terms “information warfare” and “strategic communications” have firmly entered into scientific and business circulation, and the 21st century itself has been marked by the activation of the use of innovative technologies of information confrontation. The authors consider known approaches to understanding the phenomenon of information warfare, consider the features of application, advantages and limitations of information warfare technologies. They come to the conclusion that information warfare is an integral element of the dynamics of a modern international conflict, in view of this, the ability to navigate the features of modern crisis information and communication interaction, knowledge of the technology of conducting information wars will help to exercise control over it own information field and the enemy’s information resources.

SUBJECTIVITY HAS BECOME A REALITY: ON THE FUNCTIONING OF THE FEDERATION COUNCIL OF THE FEDERATION ASSEMBLY OF THE RUSSIAN FEDERATION IN POST-SOVIET RUSSIA
Abstract. This article analyzes some features of the conflict between the government and deputies of the Federation Council in 1997. The main reason for this conflict was the negative economic situation in the Primorsky Territory, coupled with an attempt to deprive the governor of the region, E. I. Nazdratenko, of his powers. As a result of the conflict, it became obvious to the entire political class that it was unrealistic to deprive the post of the head of the region elected by the people on the initiative of Moscow. It was also clearly demonstrated that the system of checks and balances in post-Soviet Russia exists de facto, and not only de jure. The possibility of making significant decisions at the federal level without taking into account the opinions of the regions and their heads has become extremely low. Thus, the Federation Council has finally proved its subjectivity.

FARMER MODEL OF THE WORLD
Abstract. The article presents the characteristic features of the farmer’s picture of the world. Over the course of a long history, it has retained its foundations, determined by the need of people engaged in agricultural work to feel the characteristics of a particular space, protect it and pass on by inheritance not only skills and abilities, but also secret knowledge, legends and traditions about the connection with this particular land. The modern post-industrial economy and the associated management model seek to destroy these connections, to create innovative agro-industrial complexes in the territories occupied by farms, devoid of dependence on the human owner and subordinate to the tasks facing business. This policy, in particular, pursued by the leadership of the European Union, has become the cause of massive farmer protests. At the same time, there is a growing number of people in the world who have environmentally conscious behavior and who, through immersion in farming, strive to get in touch with nature, at least temporarily. The article shows that behind this confrontation between lifestyles, there is a deeper geopolitical gap between adherents of traditional, local and national models of development and supporters of liberal globalization, striving for unification that facilitates the process of global governance. The observed crisis of globalization of this type provides a chance not only to satisfy the socio-economic and political demands of farmers, but also to saturate the farming picture of the world with new images that are in tune with modernity.

MANAGING THE MAIN PRODUCTION FACILITIES OF THE ENTERPRISE IN A VOLATILE EXTERNAL ENVIRONMENT
Abstract. The study of strategies for managing the main production facilities of an enterprise in conditions of geopolitical instability and the introduction of mutual sanctions is an urgent topic, since effective management of production resources of organizations of any type of activity is critical for their successful functioning. Geopolitical factors and sanctions can seriously affect the availability and cost of production facilities, as well as their operating conditions, which requires the development of adequate management strategies to ensure the sustainability of production processes and minimize negative consequences. In this regard, the strategies formulated in the article for managing the main production facilities of the enterprise are of significant scientific interest and practical importance for the business community.

THE PROMOTION SPECIFICS OF THE RUSSIAN REAL ESTATE MARKET: ANALYSIS OF BEST PRACTICES AND CONSUMER PREFERENCES
Abstract. The primary real estate market has shown systematic growth since 2020 due to the stimulating demand by using mortgages with state support, as well as the availability of a project financing instrument that protects the buyer from the risks of losing money invested in shared construction. At the same time, the current unstable economic situation leads to a drop in demand caused by a decrease in purchasing power and rising inflation. This dynamics primarily indicates an increased number of proposals, a high level of competition and the risk of oversaturation for developers. In the current conditions the gap emerging in the real estate market between the existing supply and real demand will only increase, which will require developers to use tools and management solutions aimed at promoting the product in the real estate market and building effective personalized communication with clients. The success of marketing tools depends on companies’ focus on consumer sentiment, behavior and preferences. The presented work analyzes the civil construction industry’s best practices for interaction with buyers, taking into account their emotions, expectations and concerns.

LEISURE ACTIVITIES MANAGEMENT IN THE HOTEL BUSINESS: MODERN APPROACHES AND TECHNOLOGIES
Abstract. The development of cultural and entertainment programs is an integral part of the structure of recreation provided by hotels. The importance of this aspect in the context of the hotel business requires a more detailed study, opening up new opportunities to enhance its influence on the hospitality industry. The entertainment sector, closely related to the hotel business, demonstrates stable growth due to integration into the life of hotels. The main task of modern hotels is to meet the growing demands of visitors, which implies a variety of recreational activities offered. Such events influence the formation of tastes and the emotional background of vacationers. In addition, they serve as a source of additional profit and contribute to increasing the prestige of the institution, which directly affects its financial results. The objective of this research is to evaluate the significance and potentiality associated with the creation of cultural and leisure activities. These endeavors are anticipated to lay the groundwork for the development of holistic recreational propositions tailored for guests of hotels.

MODERN APPROACHES TO PRICING IN THE FIELD OF HOTEL SERVICES
Abstract. The article considers current issues of pricing in the hotel, clarifies the nature and specifics of pricing for accommodation services. The factors influencing the pricing for hotel services are summarized, and the tariffs for hotel rooms are classified. The methodological approaches to pricing in the field of hotel services in domestic and foreign practice are and systematized, the feasibility and directions of their application in the activities of hotel organizations are substantiated. A three-stage concept of the pricing process in the hotel is proposed, as well as a methodology for calculating tariffs for hotel rooms.

THE ROLE OF EMPLOYEES OF OLDER AGE GROUPS IN THE FORMATION AND DEVELOPMENT OF THE COMPANY’S HUMAN CAPITAL: THE THEORETICAL ASPECT
Abstract. In the conditions of a modern market economy and constant social transformations, the issues of formation and rational use of human capital are becoming particularly relevant. An important aspect is to consider the role of older workers with unique knowledge, experience and skills in improving the competitiveness of organizations. The article focuses on the importance of older employees in solving the problem of shortage of qualified personnel. Theoretical approaches to the analysis of the competitiveness of older workers, including classical, institutional and systemic approaches, are considered. An important place is occupied by the concept of decent work, which implies fair pay and working conditions, as well as equal opportunities for professional growth of older workers. The text emphasizes the importance of involving older workers in economic activities, their role in mentoring and transferring knowledge to the younger generation, which contributes to the development of the organization’s human capital. The manifestations of gerontological ageism — age discrimination — in the labor market and in social and labor relations are discussed. In conclusion, it is emphasized that the preservation and development of the labor potential of older workers is not only a socially important task, but also a strategic resource for increasing the competitiveness of the company in the long term.

FORECASTING THE REGIONAL ECONOMY BASED ON THE INTERRELATION OF HUMAN CAPITAL AND INNOVATIVE ACTIVITIES
Abstract. The most important condition for ensuring the competitiveness of the regional economy of a post-industrial society and its transition to an innovative development path is human capital. The authors proposed a method for forecasting the regional economy based on the relationship between human capital and innovation activity. This forecast was based on multivariate linear models. Unlike other methods of forecasting the regional economy, the author’s method takes into account the synergistic effect from the possible cooperation of the leading regions. This technique has been tested on the example of forecasting the regional economies of the leaders of the Volga Federal District (the Republic of Tatarstan, the Republic of Bashkortostan, the Nizhny Novgorod region) for 2022–2027.

ENSURING QUALITY SERVICE AND MAINTAINING COMPETITIVENESS IN HOSPITALITY BUSINESSES: RETHINKING APPROACHES TO INCENTIVIZING INDUSTRY PERSONNEL
Abstract. Every company, including those in the hospitality industry, faces an important task — finding and using effective approaches to distributing tasks in order to reveal the capabilities of each employee of the company and improve overall productivity. The leading role in increasing productivity is played by activating the interest of employees. Analysis of this area allows us to understand what serves as a stimulus for labor activity and what elements influence decision-making when performing tasks. An effectively designed incentive system is an important resource for management, contributing to increased employee loyalty and growth of the organization’s profits. Such a system must be well-thought-out, balanced and really attractive to employees. In the hotel business, such strategies become key due to the specifics of the starting conditions, where employee salaries are often lower than in other industries. This leads to an outflow of qualified specialists and a drop in overall efficiency. However, a well-designed and implemented motivational system can radically change the situation.

PROBLEMS OF FORMATION OF AN ORGANIZATIONAL AND ECONOMIC MECHANISM FOR TRAINING SPECIALISTS FOR ENTERPRISES OF THE AEROSPACE INDUSTRY IN THE REGION
Abstract. The increasing demand for graduates of secondary vocational education for the aerospace industry in the region in connection with changes in the labor market leads to the need to improve the training of specialists in order to meet the long-term needs of society. The article examines the current state of staffing of enterprises of the aerospace industry in the region, the features of the aerospace industry that determine the requirements for training specialists. The purpose of the study was to identify the problems of forming an organizational and economic mechanism for training personnel for enterprises, a conceptual model of practice-oriented training of specialists was considered, an analysis of the requests and expectations of students in secondary vocational education programs was carried out to study aspects of building an educational trajectory.

MOTIVATION OF GRADUATES OF MEDICAL UNIVERSITIES TO ENTER GRADUATE SCHOOL
Abstract. The article is devoted to the analysis of motivational factors influencing the decision of graduates of medical universities to enroll in graduate school. Both internal and external incentives are considered: interest in scientific activity, desire for career growth, as well as support from the state and universities. The study compares Russian and foreign practice, paying attention to key aspects of government support, such as scholarships and grants. Special attention is paid to the problems faced by graduate students, including financial difficulties and the need to combine clinical practice with scientific activity.

FEATURES OF THE DEVELOPMENT OF THE JAPANESE POLICE: HISTORY AND MODERNITY
Abstract. This article highlights the issue of the history of the development of the Japanese police and its current state. The interest in this topic is due to the traditionally high level of security in modern Japan, which is ensured, among other things, due to the effective activities of its law enforcement system. The positive experience of the Japanese police in combating crime and ensuring law and order has already been borrowed by a number of Asian countries, but little studied in our country. The main focus of the article is on the consistent disclosure of the development process of law enforcement agencies in Japan. Three stages of their formation are highlighted. The current stage of development of law enforcement agencies in Japan is considered in more detail. The author presents the structure and size of the police, the peculiarities of the distribution of employees in the center and in the field, presents the functions of the police and the priority areas of its activities. The author highlights the issue of police interaction with citizens as the most important factor in ensuring security. In this aspect, the author believes that the experience of the Japanese police reform in the early 2000s deserves close attention, which ensured an increase in citizens’ trust in the police, the development of new forms of interaction with the population, contributed to improving the quality of police activities and directly affected the results of law enforcement officers, first of all a decrease in crime and an increase in crime detection.

THE CONCEPT OF INTEGRITY IN CIVIL LAW: A REVIEW OF EXISTING APPROACHES
Abstract. The article is devoted to the analysis of the institution of good faith in Russian civil law. The author considers both subjective conscientiousness (based on excusable ignorance) and objective (the principle of conscientiousness). Various approaches to understanding the principle of integrity, its emergence and relationship with morality are considered. The author provides several points of view at the time of the emergence of the principle of good faith in Russian law, and also discusses disagreements about its legal nature and specific application. The work focuses on the fact that good faith, both objective and subjective, is an evaluative category, however, the principles of its application are still being clarified in judicial practice and in doctrinal research.
